Professor Benjamin Ofili Chairman/Board of Director, AER LTD.
Professor Benjamin Ofili is a management expert with over 30 years of entrepreneurial and management experience in domestic and international operations, including start-up businesses in service and manufacturing sectors.
He is a professor of Management Emeritus, he served as associate dean at the College of Business and Technology at Northeastern State University – Oklahoma USA.
He also served as the dean of the school of Business and Professional Studies at Upper lowa University – Iowa USA.
He holds a doctorate degree in management from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio and an MBA from Texas A&M University,College Station, Texas.
He has made presentations at several academic and professional conferences including the Academy of Management. Professor Ofili is an author, a management consultant helping businesses in the areas of strategy, sales and marketing, new business development, and management coaching.
He also facilitates trainings within and outside the United States.
