Anger is a natural feeling that requires a flight or fight response and there is often not enough time to decide whether you should walk away from the scene of provocation or react negatively.
Imagine a situation where you have to take the blame for a mistake in the execution of a task that wasn’t your fault. Things like this can happen at the workplace and you should be able to get a handle on your emotions.
Workshop Objectives:
· Identify personal triggers.
· Use effective communication to resolve issues.
· Channel anger into a task and achieve better results.
· Manage factors that are likely to cause anger or irritation such as lack of sleep, increased stress level etc.
· Focus on problem-solving.
